I can’t hear others, or they can’t hear me

If there are more than two people in the meeting, and only one person can’t hear you or you can’t hear them, then the audio issue is likely on their side.

My camera isn’t working

Some laptops have a button which turns the camera on and off, a physical cover, or no webcam at all.
If you’re using an external webcam, try unplugging its USB cable and plugging it back in.

I’m trying to share a video or audio from my computer and the participants can’t hear it
When you first click Share Screen, before you select which screen or application you want to share, make sure to check “Share computer sound” (and “Optimize for full-screen video clip” if you’re sharing a video), then share your screen
The first time you share computer sound on a Mac, you may be prompted for admin credentials

I have a student/guest presenter and they’re unable to share their screen
Click on the “Security” button and make sure that “Allow participants to Share Screen” is checked.
